FAQ
Frequently askedquestions.
How is Autopilot different from the Chrome extension?
The extension asks your prompts in the real apps, with your own accounts, when you start a run. Autopilot runs every week on Citegram's servers through the assistants' APIs, with your browser closed. Scale gives you both.
Are API answers the same as in the apps?
Close, not identical: the apps add their own search, formatting and personalisation. That's why each prompt is asked twice and why the extension stays available to check the real apps.
How much does an extra assistant cost?
Scale includes 2 Autopilot assistants. Each extra one is $10 a month, up to 4 in all, added from the app and prorated on your next invoice.
Does Autopilot use my accounts or my data?
No. It runs on Citegram's servers with Citegram's API access, so nothing is asked from your accounts and nothing counts toward your own usage.
