How it works

    Add your site

Citegram reads it and suggests prompts your buyers ask and the competitors to track.

    Run it from Chrome

  3. 03

    Read the dashboard

The first numbers arrive in about ten minutes. Each new run adds a point to the trend.

FAQ

Frequently askedquestions.

What is AI visibility?

It's the share of AI answers that name your brand when buyers ask about your category. Citegram measures it on your own prompts, in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Mistral, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.

What's the difference between Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, and does Citegram track both?

AI Overviews are the AI summaries Google shows above the classic results for some searches. AI Mode is a separate, conversational tab of Google Search that writes a longer answer with links and takes follow-up questions. Google says the two can use different models and techniques, so the same question can cite different sources in each. Citegram tracks both on Pro, as two separate assistants, so you see where you're named in one and missing from the other.

What's the difference between visibility and share of voice?

Visibility counts the answers that name you at least once. Share of voice compares your mentions with every brand mentioned in the same answers, so it shows how crowded the shortlist is.

How often are the numbers updated?

Every time you run your prompts. Each run is stored, so the dashboard can compare periods of 7 days to 12 months.

Is the dashboard included in the free plan?

Yes. The free plan tracks one prompt and three competitors in 1 of the 9 assistants, with 7 days of history, the 3 latest answers per prompt and the top 2 cited sources. Pro adds 20 prompts, 10 competitors, all 9 assistants, 90 days of history, every answer, every cited source and page, CSV export and Content studio for $19 a month.
