Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026 · Citegram SAS

These terms govern your use of the Citegram website, Chrome extension and dashboard. By using Citegram, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

1. The service

Citegram helps you measure how AI assistants mention your brand. It runs in your browser, asks the questions you configure in the assistants you choose, and reports the answers, cited sources and searches in your workspace.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

3. Third-party assistants

The extension uses your own accounts with third-party assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Claude. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms, including usage limits. You are responsible for complying with them; keep volumes reasonable and do not use Citegram to circumvent any provider's limits or protections. Citegram is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Your data

You own the questions you configure and the answers you collect. You grant us the rights needed to host and process them to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policyand, for business customers, the Data Protection Agreement.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

7. No guarantee of results

AI answers change with time, wording and context. Reports reflect what assistants returned at the moment of collection and are provided for information. We do not guarantee any ranking, mention or outcome.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Citegram at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or others at risk, with notice where reasonable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
